Colony Yoga is located at 525 E. Atlantic Ave within the historic, Colony Hotel in downtown Delray Beach, FL.
We host 12+ classes weekly at The Colony Hotel. The Colony is home to our well known “Yoga with Live Music” where we host around 100 students every Sunday year round at 9:30-11am. Join us!
